From their website: "Submit a video of your best short film idea. The theme can be anything at all related to "TECHNOLOGY." Internet dating, killer robot vacuums, used time machine salesmen...whatever. Just make sure it's under 3 minutes. If it wins, you'll be flown out to LA to work with our people to shoot it. If you win "The Short Film Big Screen Challenge," your film will be included in our very first "Blowtorch Shorts" program and screened in theaters, nationwide, this spring. No Hollywood egos, no douche bags involved."
